Things you should know...
Please read our terms carefully.
  1. Minimum Order Quantity: All "custom" orders must have a minimum of 30 units per style. 
  2. Manufacturing Time: The estimated manufacturing time is 4 to 8 weeks. However, if the order is completed sooner, we will send it as soon as possible.

  3. Sampling Process: We offer samples for select styles. Samples are acquired through purchase and sent for your consideration. Approval leads to progression; dissatisfaction allows sample return for refund, covering shipping and duties at your expense.
  4. Customizations: Any customizations, such as fabric changes or embroidery, may require additional time and will be subject to additional costs.
  5. Shipping and Courier Service: Cool Workwear works closely with a reputable courier service to ensure timely and safe delivery of garments. The shipping duration is an estimated 3 to 7 working days. Please note that shipping is with a third party, and the shipping cost will be charged separately.

  6. Shipping Delays: Cool Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs services.

  7. Duties and Taxes: Import duties and other taxes for all shipments including returns are charged to the vessel/customer.

  8. Wash Care: Customers are advised to follow the wash care label instructions carefully to ensure the best care for the garments. Washing colors separately on a cold setting and hang-drying is recommended. Cool Workwear is not responsible for damages caused by negligent care of your garments. 

  9. Returns Policy: Cool Workwear will not accept returns for garments that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition.

  10. Payment Terms: 

  • All payments are conducted in South African Rands (ZAR)
  • All payments must be completed within 10 days of receiving the final invoice.
  • Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is mandatory for all orders. The remaining 50 percent must be settled upon order completion, at the latest. Paying the full amount upfront is recommended.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original purchasing card/account and may take up to 10-15 working days to reflect in the account.
  • Please note that if payment is not made within the agreed-upon period, legal action will be initiated. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated to avoid any unnecessary legal proceedings.
